As a Teneo parent, your role is to encourage your learner by celebrating their progress, supporting them in sticking to a daily routine, and staying connected to their learning journey through the Canvas Parent App. For learners completing external Pearson Edexcel examinations, parents/guardians are also responsible for registering learners directly with an approved examination centre.
Typically, the following age ranges apply for each Key Stage: KS3 (Years 7 to 9): 11–14 years. KS4 (International GCSE): 14–16 years. KS5 (AS Level and A Level): 16–18 years.*Placement may vary based on academic readiness rather than age alone.
You’ll need a Windows or Apple device released in 2021 or later with a webcam, at least 4 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of storage. We also recommend having backup power to keep your computer and internet connected for at least four hours during power outages, plus a backup device – such as a parent or friend’s laptop/desktop – in case your primary device encounters technical issues.
Teneo International School is an inclusive online school that welcomes all learners, including those with learning barriers such as dyslexia, ADHD, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorder. We adhere to the awarding body's policies on access arrangements, ensuring fair participation without compromising academic integrity. Our supportive environment includes recorded lessons, integrated reading assistance, and a multisensory approach to learning. However, Teneo International School is a mainstream school and not equipped for specialised or remedial support. If your learner needs additional help, we recommend involving external professionals.
For the best learning experience, your child must complete their schooling using a laptop or desktop computer. While phones and tablets can be useful for occasional access, our platform is optimised for larger screens to ensure that all lessons, materials, and interactive features function smoothly. Using a laptop or desktop will provide your child with a more effective and engaging educational experience, allowing them to fully participate in live lessons and access resources without any limitations. Formal assessments may not be completed using a phone or tablet.

We do offer sibling discounts at Teneo International School. Every sibling enrolled after the first enrolled learner will receive a 5% discount. The discount applies to the second and any subsequent siblings' school fees.

All internal assessments (including tests and exams) are marked by our expert teachers as part of your enrolment with Teneo International School.
